Your booking reference, pickup date, the contact details used to book and what you would like to check or change. Do not send card numbers.

Request a change or cancellation

Read the cancellation information and use the contact route in your original confirmation. A request is not the same as an accepted change.

Booked on our previous website?

For a booking made through the previous website, contact the provider named in your original confirmation. Heathrow Airports Taxi does not manage bookings made through the previous booking system.

Cannot find your reference?

Prepare the pickup date and the contact details used when booking. The operator needs a safe verification process before disclosing journey information.
