Choose a vehicle for your passengers and luggage
Check the passenger and luggage allowance together before choosing a vehicle. A category with enough seats may still be too small for the bags travelling with your party. Include children in the passenger count, and tell us about cabin cases and bulky items as well as standard check-in bags.

Models illustrate each category. Confirm any requirement for a particular model or feature before booking. The vehicle options offered for your journey should guide your selection.
What the luggage allowance tells you
The table lists standard check-in bags. It does not give a separate allowance for cabin cases, pushchairs or equipment. Add those items when describing your load so there is enough room for everything.
Bag shapes matter. A rigid case, a long equipment bag and a folded pushchair may take up space differently. If an item is unusually large, give its dimensions and explain whether it folds. Contact us before selecting a category if you are unsure.
For example, Essential XL is listed for four passengers and four standard check-in bags. A party of four bringing those bags plus a pushchair and cabin luggage needs the additional items checked. The passenger count alone does not confirm the fit.
Essential, Executive and First Class
All three categories have the same published limits of three passengers and two standard check-in bags. Moving between them does not increase the stated luggage allowance. Choose using the options shown for your journey, and ask about any specific requirement that matters to you.
If you need more luggage space, look at the larger categories and discuss the full load. Do not rely on a higher category name as evidence that extra cases will fit.
Essential XL and Group XL
Essential XL is listed for up to four passengers and four standard check-in bags. Group XL is listed for up to eight passengers and six standard check-in bags. Eight travellers with a large case each exceed Group XL’s published bag allowance, even though the group fits its passenger count.
If your party exceeds a published limit, contact us to discuss the journey before booking. Include all pickup addresses and the total load across the group. Our group and family transfer guide helps you assemble that information.
Child seats and mobility equipment
Choosing a vehicle category does not confirm a child-seat request. Before booking, tell Customer Care the number and ages of the children and whether you are bringing your own seats. Discuss child seats in advance, including whether you will bring your own. Include every child in the passenger count and ask for the proposed seating arrangement to be confirmed.
For wheelchairs or mobility aids, provide dimensions, folding details and the passenger’s requirements. If a passenger needs to remain seated in a wheelchair during travel, contact us to confirm a suitable arrangement before booking. The category names and example models do not establish wheelchair accessibility.
Check the return journey too
Your return may have more passengers, extra luggage or a different pickup address. Review that leg separately. If something changes after booking, contact us with the reference and the new passenger or luggage details so the vehicle requirement can be checked.
