Who is responsible for your information?

Information used to arrange your transfer
When you plan or request a booking, the website uses journey information such as pickup and destination, travel dates and times, passengers, luggage and vehicle selection. The booking form also collects contact details and any flight number or message you provide.
Only provide information needed for your journey. Do not send payment-card details through a message field. If you need assistance, tell Customer Care what arrangement you need; you do not need to describe a medical diagnosis in the booking notes.
Who receives information?
The booking system uses WordPress and Quantica software on the website’s hosting. Google Maps loads automatically on pages containing the online booking form. Your browser connects to Google, and the journey locations you search for or select are shared with Google to provide address suggestions and route planning.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase information, restrict processing, object to certain uses, and receive or move information. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Contact Customer Care to make a request.

Optional website measurement
With your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand visits, booking stages and contact-link clicks. Verified paid-booking totals use a pseudonymous transaction identifier. Our measurement events do not include your name, email, telephone number, flight number, pickup or destination address, or booking messages. Google also receives technical information when your browser connects to its service.
Use Privacy choices to accept, reject or withdraw optional measurement. Rejecting it does not prevent booking. Withdrawal stops future collection by this integration; it does not delete information already received by Google. Your choices are stored in this browser for up to 180 days. A local pseudonymous marker helps avoid counting the same paid receipt twice.
Analytics uses cookies such as _ga to recognise visits. Measurement totals may differ from booking records when visitors decline analytics or do not return after payment. Booking and payment records remain the operational source of truth.
If you choose Session insights, Microsoft Clarity records page interactions such as clicks and scrolling on our fleet information page only. Strict masking conceals page text. Booking, contact, booking-management and payment pages are excluded. Clarity may use cookies such as _clck and _clsk. Withdraw this choice through Privacy choices to stop future recording. No advertising tags are currently enabled by this integration. The marketing choice does not currently activate an advertising service.
