Your journey and booking

Check the pickup and destination, date and time, passengers, luggage and vehicle class before placing your booking. For a return journey, check both legs. The model shown represents the vehicle class and may be replaced by an equivalent vehicle.

Pickup times, airport arrivals and waiting

For your meeting point, follow the instructions issued for your booking. Airport images on this website are illustrative and are not directions to a pickup point.

Fares and payment

The booking summary shows the fare for the journey and vehicle you have selected. Review the total and any applicable conditions before placing your booking.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

To request a change or cancellation, use Customer Care and provide your booking reference. Read Cancellation & Refunds for the conditions that apply.

Passengers, luggage and assistance

Choose a vehicle with space for everyone travelling and the luggage you intend to bring. Contact Customer Care about bulky items or arrangements that need checking before you book.

If something goes wrong

Contact Customer Care with your booking reference and details of the problem.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
